STORE POLICY

 

1. Any transaction on the Site is meant you are agreeing the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before confirming the order. By submitting the order, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. We reserve the right to refuse any order with or without reason. If the transaction is declined with any unanticipated reason, we are not accountable for any responsibility. However, we will inform the customer to cancel the order as soon as possible.
 

3. If we cannot confirm the payment 3 days after the submission of order, the order will be perceived as uncompleted without any notice.
 

4. All prices displayed on the Site may be amended anytime without prior notice. All merchandise images on the Site are for reference only. The accurate merchandise information is in accordance with the text description.
 

5. For local customers, we only perform “Store Collection” at the moment in order to prevent any loss or damage during the delivery process and to ensure what the customer expects is exactly what he/she literally sees at store. For international customers, please contact us for further arrangement.
 

6. The purchase will be kept at store for 14 days after purchase. If customer needs to extend the collection period, please feel free to contact us.
 

7. Customer may request for an immediate refund when collecting the purchase at store. However, no refund can be made after the collection.
 

8. We do not accept any exchange after the purchase.
 

9. We provide free-of-charge ring resizing for once upon customer’s purchase of all ring items. Please refer to the Size Alteration Chart for more details.
 

10. We reserve all the right to claim damages and/or apply for other legal remedies if the merchandise is received by someone who has not ordered.
 

11. We reserve all the right to withdraw or amend any item and conditions without prior notice.
 

12. All products listed on the Site will be charged in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and other currencies displayed are for reference only, if any.
 

13. The Site is for your personal and non-commercial use only. Any non-personal and/or commercial use of the Content is only permitted with our authorization. We reserve the right to take legal action of any such unauthorized actions.
 

14. The merchandise information printed on official invoice and product tag is based on its original status. It is not applicable to after maintenance or modification.
 

15. In case of any dispute, we reserve the right of final decision without prior notice.
